Blizz should just give us a damn "Click Here For the Pre-Determined Talent Pont Raid Spec You Will Have To Go Anyway" button and get it over with.

Yay for Priests being better debuffers than Warlocks! -_-
Hopefully Shadow Priests will be used more often in raids in BC... that would be an indirect buff to Warlocks. Unfortunately, Improved Divine Spirit doesn't do much for us.
BTW Warlock DPS sucks compared to other DPS classes past MC at the moment. Yes, I know you have a Warlock in your guild who kicks ass on the meters. It's also possible for a one armed man to bench press more than a two armed man. That's an exaggeration, but Warlocks are currently suffering inferior threat reduction and inferior mana conservation at the cost of unusable DoT's.

Fire/Arcane are clear winners for pvp, but not very logical for pve.
Actually, many people believe that Slow will (and was intended to) work on raid bosses. The way that blizzard designs instances, this will mean that slow will be not only logical but absolutely required for later pve (because of course the fight will have to be balanced around the fact that a mage can slow the boss). As for 41point fire, that spell lost all logic when it was announced that it broke on any and all damage, including fireball dots or even its own ignite if it crits. On topic, what justification is there that the second-last tier holy talent gives less healing than the one above it and the one above that one on a spell no one uses? Similar stuff with every class. The best example I can think of at the moment (being a mage) is the mages' Empowered Fireball, which for the same amount of points gives less damage to a single spell than Fire Power, which is two tiers above it and affects all fire spells. All I can say is that Blizzard isn't doing much research when they're thinking up talents to create.

Hopefully the open Beta of BC will reveal all of these issues as being dire ones to fix.

I'm really hoping jewelcrafting will be more or less equivalent to enchants...I don't want runewords dammit.

Which is fine, as the small bonuses do encourage something of material gathering (Much like an enchant would) and such.
I'm talking about 6 slot Ethereal Zerker axes filled with whatever that imba crap runeword was. I don't want that being more worthwhile than the actual item itself.

I see things like "gear is changing" and "mechanics are changing" all the time as an excuse for horribly designed talents. And yet talent trees that are remarkably good (shaman) don't need such excuses. Such sillyness.

there's a blue post about tactical mastery being in the prot tree http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=14714066&postId=147029877&sid=1#0Endless Rage are seeing a lot more play options than may have been anticipated. If you think this ability might be on the weak side, consider that you are stockpiling rage while it's active, so the majority of cases will see a full rage bar when it's duration runs out. is what tseric says. okay so if i'm arms how the fubar am i going to efficiently dump that 100 rage. say its pvp okay i don't need to pump in a 100 point execute or even a 50 or 70. nice against priest shields, but thats it. for pve, you're not going to be able to dump that rage efficiently (nothx to heroic strike on a 2h without flurry) unless the mobs below 20%. bleah

So time your endless rage cooldown to hit when the boss is at 20%?

10 seconds = WW cooldown. Hit WW just after Endless rage, and then you can use it, then follow it up with MS almost instantly. It doesn't have to be just execute. You can also throw down sunders during the duration to enhance the burst at the end esp vs casters.
Of course in practice, it's more like "RAWR ENDLESS RAGE, Baaaa..."

Shaman trees don't need excuses? Have you seen our 41 pointers? The elemental one is worse then oomkin and the enhancement one is yet another talent that would require drastic gear reworks to be viable...

Well, I guess there is no sense in worrying about it, as we'll probably get relatively fast previews.
