I am quite now to DOTA play, but I am wondering why anyone playor talk about dota 3.9 ROC
3.9 has a few new heroes...some of them are quite good: LARODAR & FION! Fion (level 1): Damage......21-31 Strenght......23 Agility..........17 Intelligence..19 Armor..........3 Ulitima: Net trap that corrodes the HP of nerby enemies by 5% per second and ability to ensnare enemy unit or hero for 9 second... In defence this is my best tool to deal the enemies heroes...net trab is corroding every hero in range, not just one... For money makeing is exepcional good! Larodar (level 1) Shapeshifter Damage......22-28 Strenght......8 Agility..........14 Intelligence..20 Armor..........2 First ability: Learn Owlbear Form: LV1 - 20 bonus damage, 100 bonus HP LV2 - 30 bonus damage, 200 bonus HP LV3 - 40 bonus damage, 300 bonus HP Second ability: Learn Ursa Form LV1 - Calls upon Heal spirit LV2 - Calls upon Heal and Frost spirit LV3 - Calls upon Heal, Frost and Silence spirit...silence spirit disable any attacking hero in range from casting spells! Thrid ability: Crow LV1 - Normal speed, 100 mana LV2 - Fast speed,75 mana LV3 - Very Fast, 50 mana Fourth ability: 20% faster regeneraton of mana and HP in any form! Quick question about the encyclopedias.....are there going to be new threads started for each of the heros for the DOTA 4.1x versions? There are a few new classes as well as some of the old characters getting a revamp of skills. There should be at least new threads for those particular classes if not for all of them due to the fact that there are a ton of new items so peoples builds might be different.
Or are you guys waiting for 4.2 to come out before starting new topics? |

Since 4.2 seems like a more finalized release, we will wait until then to make their respective hero discussion threads.
